Tonight Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving was on TV

so I brought down blankets and we got our pillows

and had a movie night in the living room. Brooks

LOVED it and we enjoyed popcorn and none other

than root beer! :-)

Brooks had a Thanksgiving feast at school today. Each

kid chose if they wanted to be a Pilgrim or Indian.

They each had to go around the table and stand

up and say what they were thankful for.

Most kids said, Mommy, turkey, friends. . .

not Brooks, he is thankful for Root Beer! :-)

The tablecloth was all the kiddo's handprints.

Brooks thinks he is hot stuff!

Mommy has lost about 10 years off her life

with this experience!

Brooks started twirling around in the kitchen

the other day and I asked him what he was

doing. He informed me, "I am twirling like

Lainey and Emmy. They're girls. I don't twirl

because I am not a girl." I am not sure

where he got this but it was pretty cute

because everytime we go to Grandma and

Grandpa's he wants to play with all the girly

stuff with Lainey, Emmy, and Kady. Purses,

necklaces, tutus, etc.!

Brooks walked up to Maddy today, put his arm

around her and said, "Maddy, you're my buddy"!

It was so sweet!!!

Daddy planted sweet potato vines this spring

and look how big the "potatoes" got!!
